Gerald Greenspoon
Known as a visionary, Gerald (Gerry) Greenspoon co-founded Greenspoon Marder in 1981 with a handshake over a kitchen table with partner Michael Marder. Today, the firm has over 240 attorneys in over 20 offices throughout the United States. While the firm offers a wide range of services, Mr. Greenspoon has gained national attention for himself and Greenspoon Marder for his work in the areas of real estate development, resort and timeshare development, condominium conversions, and finance and transactions. Michael E. Marder
Michael E. Marder is the co-managing director and co-founder of Greenspoon Marder. Since founding the firm in 1981 with partner Gerald Greenspoon, Mr. Marder has focused his practice on complex business litigation, transactional law, and real estate banking & finance. He has extensive experience in hospitality and vacation ownership law and has helped shape the industry over the last four decades. Mr. Marder has represented the interests of the largest privately-held timeshare and vacation ownership company in the U.S., as well as numerous other hospitality clients, in a practice that spans all facets of the industry. Mr. Marder uses his decades of experience to create processes to support and guide his clients through project planning, structure, regulatory, financing, title, associations and administration of their properties.
Terri Duran
Terri Duran is the Chief Executive Officer of Equity Land Title, LLC, a subsidiary of Greenspoon Marder LLP. She received her B.S. in Communications from Florida State University in 1991. With extensive experience in closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions, Terri has been in the title business for over 25 years (originally in Fairfax, Virginia).
