Gerald Greenspoon, Founder Gerald Greenspoon was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He was admitted to the Bar in Florida in 1979 and to the Bar of the Province of Quebec in 1976. Prior to receiving his law degree from Nova University, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sir George Williams University in Montreal and a License in Laws from the University of Ottawa. He founded Greenspoon Marder in 1981 and Equity Land Title in 1989. He is a member of the American Bar Association; the Sections of Taxation, Real Property and Economics of the A.B.A.; and the Legal Advisory Technology Council of the A.B.A. Mr. Greenspoon is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, as well as the Section on Taxation. In addition to professional organizations, he is a member of the American Resort Development Association and the Florida Land Title Association. He is a Founding Trustee of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Greenspoon has developed a national reputation for himself and the firm in the areas of Timeshare Development and Condominium Conversions.

Michael E. Marder, Founder Michael E. Marder was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went on to law school at Stetson University College of Law where he graduated cum laude.
He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978, founded Greenspoon Marder in 1981 and Equity Land Title in 1989. He is also admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District; United States District Court, Middle District; United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; and Arbitrator, United States District Court, Middle District.
He is a member of the Florida Bar in the Sections of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, as well as in Corporate, Business and Banking Law. Mr. Marder is also a member of the American Bar Association; the American Justice Association (formerly, Association of Trial Lawyers of America); and the Broward and Orange County Bar Associations. He serves on the Board of Directors for the American Resort Development Association. |

Terri Duran, Chief Operating Officer Terri Duran is the Chief Operating Officer of Equity Land Title, LLC, a subsidiary of Greenspoon Marder, P.A. Terri was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. She received her B.S. in Communications from Florida State University in 1991. With extensive experience in closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions, Terri has been in the title business for over 15 years (originally in Fairfax, Virginia).
In May 2004, she joined Equity Land Title, LLC as the West Palm Beach Manager and became the Chief Operating Officer in 2006. Equity Land Title is conveniently located in Aventura, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Stuart and West Palm Beach and handles transactions throughout the State.
